-Use fluoride: Fluoride is a mineral that is found in many natural resources as well as things like toothpaste, mouthwash, and tap water. It’s best to expose your teeth to this mineral because it strengthens the enamel. The stronger your teeth are, the higher chance you have of avoiding tooth cracks.

-Wear a mouthguard: Tooth cracks are common for those who play high-contact sports and activities without wearing a mouthguard. This is because hard objects hit the mouth and fracture the teeth. If you wear a mouthguard, the force will be absorbed and you can avoid cracking your teeth.
